Never settle for anyone who isn't going to love you unconditionally and would sacrifice their own life for you! No one has the right to control your life, no matter who they are (parents sort of not counted! ^_^ )
Unless a person is willing to get down to their knees every morning and worship you, they're not worthy of you! You should be the only person they would do absolutely everything for, no questions asked! No one is perfect but if someone is abusing you both physically and/or emotionally they're never really going to change and doesn't deserve to be with you for even a second, no matter how much you might love them! If someone truly love someone they would NEVER intentionally hurt them, physically or emotionally, no exceptions! If you're in a relationship where you recognize even one of the points listed, get out of that relationship no matter how hard it might be and find someone who would love you unconditionally for who you are, if you don't realize that you deserve so much more, then its about time you read it here! =)
